A &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;I &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;Vitelloni&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Pizzeria&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;está longe de ser desconhecida entre os amantes da pizza na capital, mas é justamente a sensação que passa. É uma pequena &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;pizzaria&lt;/span&gt;, em uma ruela em Pinheiros, que passa despercebida aos &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;desatentos&lt;/span&gt;. Não foi muito fácil de achar da primeira vez. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;Fachada de pedra, bancada de madeira e &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;banquetas&lt;/span&gt; para espera de mesas. Do lado de dentro, pequenina, poucas mesas decoradas com &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;vasinhos&lt;/span&gt; e toalhas de flores. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;Badulaques&lt;/span&gt;, quadros antigos e &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;posters&lt;/span&gt; de cerveja. A sensação é de acolhimento do começo ao fim. O serviço é eficiente e despretensioso... O cardápio, com poucas porém criativas opções, contém algumas entradas tradicionais italianas, saladas, sugestões do &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_11"&gt;chef&lt;/span&gt;, pizzas tradicionais e as criações da casa. Possuem uma carta de vinhos pequena e com bons preços e excelentes opções de cervejas (nacionais e importadas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'lucida grande';"&gt;De entrada foi escolhida uma &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_12"&gt;cestinha&lt;/span&gt; de pães para degustar os azeites da casa. A &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_13"&gt;pizzaria&lt;/span&gt; desenvolveu a sua linha de azeites aromatizados (que ao que tudo indica é feito lá mesmo), entre eles o de &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14"&gt;manjericão&lt;/span&gt;, limão siciliano, pimenta rosa, alecrim, etc, que também são vendidos em &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_15"&gt;garrafinhas&lt;/span&gt; com rótulos coloridos. Das pizzas, pode-se escolher até três sabores. Os eleitos da noite foram o &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_16"&gt;Pesto&lt;/span&gt; (molho de tomate fresco e &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_17"&gt;pesto&lt;/span&gt; de &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_18"&gt;manjericão&lt;/span&gt;), &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_19"&gt;Buffalina&lt;/span&gt; (&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_20"&gt;mussarela&lt;/span&gt; de &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_21"&gt;búfala&lt;/span&gt;, queijo &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_22"&gt;emmenthal&lt;/span&gt; e alho &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_23"&gt;douradinho&lt;/span&gt;...) e &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_24"&gt;Caponata&lt;/span&gt; (vegetais mediterrâneos salteados no azeite - nesta última não fomos felizes). Para a sobremesa, a minha dica são os sorvetes de ervas. Geralmente o que mais se encontra são os &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_25"&gt;sorbets&lt;/span&gt; aromatizados, porém a &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_26"&gt;pizzaria&lt;/span&gt; desenvolveu sorvetes a base de creme com camomila, erva cidreira, erva doce, canela... Só pra variar um pouquinho. Há quase 1 ano e meio que tenho frequentado bons restaurantes de São Paulo, e toda vez que alguém me pede uma sugestão de onde ir, eu fico com aquela cara de, hum....errr.... (peidou na missa, como diria o irmão).&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Então, aqui, eu vou aliar os meus conhecimentos técnicos de gastronomia e hotelaria aos comentários potencial e politicamente incorretos que posso fazer.
